I'm
with 15+ years of experience building brand systems, campaigns, and motion design across global tech companies, startups, and everything in between.
About me
Who am I?
Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, but living in Leipzig, Germany for almost 10 years now. Since I was four years old, I'd rush through my lessons just to have more time to draw. I may not be a rocket scientist today, but I do know how to make some nice art. Luckily, I was able to extend that passion into graphic design, animation, product design, and beyond.
When I'm not designing, you'll probably find me deep in a video game, watching some zombies or sci-fi series, building a Lego set or negotiating with my very stubborn, very opinionated dog Chico.
My process
Over the past 15 years, I've worked across several areas, collecting experiences and skills along the way. As a game artist, I helped create memorable experiences through charming characters and playful worlds. As a product designer, I learned to understand behaviours, identify patterns, and translate them into interfaces and design systems.
But lately, I've felt most in touch with that four-year-old version of myself. As a visual designer, I have a wider canvas where I can bring my full range of skills to social media, brand systems, illustrations, storyboards, animation, comics, character design, and the list keeps growing.
The way I see it
Design isn't just about how something looks, it's about how it makes you feel. The experiences, the emotions, the memories: all of these can be shaped by good design. I like to understand the real meaning behind what I'm creating, not just the message, but the feeling it leaves behind. How will people remember this?
That might mean hiding an easter egg in a scene illustration for a player to discover, or building a brand system that actually makes my colleagues' daily work easier, prioritising their real needs over how things should look on paper. The experience I've built across different tools and processes over the years gives me the confidence to explore boldly, and the craft to make it real.
